1 1/2 xícara de leite
1/2 xícara de água
2 colheres de sopa de margarina
1 pitada de sal
2 xícaras de farinha
açúcar e canela para polvilhar
Coloque o leite, a água a margarina e o sal em uma panela e leve ao fogo, quando começar a ferver jogue a farinha e mexa até desgrudar da panela.
Coloque em um saco de confeiteiro com bico pitanga e vá fazendo os churros e colocando para fritar em óleo quente. Depois é só passar no açúcar e canela, muito bom. Olha a massa fica bem difícil de apertar quando esfria, melhor vai melhor enquanto esta morninha.
